June 3 2026 Chesterton Roof Replacement

The customer's home was due for a new roof replacement, their current roof was over 20 years old. David Florio was the consultant that was sent out to Chesterton, IN to inspect and put together a new roof proposal.

Upon inspection, David found that the ventilation system needed a little help. Along with completing a new roof installation, we installed new baffles in the attic space, to help the air flow from the soffit intake, across the sheeting (important to help keep the underside of the roof and the attic cooler in the summer months and warmer in the winter months) and out through the exhaust vent, which on this home, was ridge vent. 54ish squares later and we are done.
