June 2025 Valparaiso Roof Replacement

Removed the old and completed a roof replacement on this Gigantic Valparaiso home due to age. Updated the ventilation by removing box vents where they were not needed and adding ridge vent where it was needed. There was not a lot of extra work on this one. Took all of the necessary safety precautions of tying off when working on a steep slope job like this. This roof will keep the water out for many years to come.
